All cabins
have a large deck.
| Our 2, 3 and 4 bedroom modern housekeeping cabins are clean,
comfortable and spaced to give you privacy. Completely furnished,
however you will need to bring your own kitchen and bath towels. Each cabin has a
large deck, with table and chairs, over looking the lake, charcoal grill, picnic table
and a camp-fire ring at each cabin.
With each cabin rented we offer a 16-ft
Lund boat at no charge when you rent our motor. You may bring your own motor and rent a boat from us.
Each cabin gets one dock space at no charge. For those of you bringing your own boat, there is no
limit on the size of boat or motor.

 Each cabin has a large spacious yard with lawn for the family.
The comforts and conveniences of
home!
Dishes, pots, pans, silverware,
bed linens are furnished. We do not supply personal towels, wash
clothes or kitchen towels. |

person rates - $150.00 week or $30.00 night, which means if you
have 5 people in a cabin based on 4 people you will be charged the
extra person rate. (If your extra person is a child under the age of 6
will not charge you for the extra person. Only one child per
cabin free. This charge will be for each additional
person. Including the sales and lodging tax.
On each cabin rented we are
required to charge 6.5% Sales tax + 3% Lodging tax.

Reservations
& Deposits :
$200.00
deposit will hold your cabin. Our week begins and ends on Saturday. We will book 3 night stays
during slow times in the season. Check in time is 3:00 pm (please no
early arrivals, cabins are not guaranteed
to be ready until 3pm, if you want to arrive before 3pm
you'll need to arrange this prior to arriving. The cost for checking
in prior to 3pm is a half day rent),
checkout is by 9:00 am. Visa, Mastercard and personal checks
accepted.
Cancellation
policy:
Refunds less a
$50.00 service fee only
if the vacancy gets filled. If you must cancel, and can give us 30
day notice, we would only keep your deposit if we can not rent the
cabin. If you do not cancel with in 30 days and we do not rent the
cabin you would be responsible for the full cabin price. No refunds or credit for early departures.

Pets
by permission only, please confirm with us prior to bring a pet.
Some
guests consider their pets to be members of the family, however many
others do not share the same feelings. The following rules apply:
1.
Dogs leashed and controlled at all times.
2.
Dogs can not be left unattended in cabins. They must be with
you at all times.
3.
$35 per week or $10 day.
4.
Please clean-up after your pets.
5.
Must be people
and pet friendly.

We sell
Amoco premium gas and oil for mixing.
State
Fire Marshall prohibits storing gas cans under the decks,
beside the cabins or
near your vehicle. Please do not bring them along.
